ENTOG needs your participation!
Without you we cannot proceed our activities, we have two executive positions open for election: the position of treasurer and the position of member-webmaster. And we have the ENTOG Exchange in 2024 open for election.
Executive elections:
Do you have financial skills and/or want to develop financial skills in a young international organisation? Are you a creative person, interested in creating websites and/or social media content? Are you an ObGyn trainee or junior consultant in ObGyn and are you interested in the organisation of training and quality control and improvement of training programmes? Do you want to increase your international network and collaborate with colleagues and professors from all over our continent? Do you enjoy travelling? Do you want to improve your organisational skills? If yes, then one of our positions could be yours!
Trainees interested in one of the executive positions can apply by sending their curriculum vitae and their motivational letter to executive@entog.eu 2 weeks prior to the Council:
deadline 1 September 2022. Although applications on the spot during Council are also accepted, it is recommended to apply up front, because applicants can benefit from the proxy votes of the non-attending countries. All candidates will have a 2-minute pitch during Council to present themselves to the voters (visual support can be used). For more information trainees can consult the current executive members.
Election of the host country for ENTOG Exchange 2024:
Our annual main event will take place in the UK in 2023, but to make sure that the 2024 edition is a big success like this edition in Norway, preparations have to start early. That is why we are looking for enthusiastic trainees, who want to take the lead in organising and hosting this event in their own beautiful country.
Countries interested in hosting ENTOG Exchange 2024 are asked to contact us through our email executive@entog.euas soon as possible. Bids will be presented during Council and the best one will be elected. We are hoping for another successful ENTOG Exchange in 2024!
To all country representatives: we urge you to inform the Secretary General about your attendance for the Council and who will be your replacement in case of absence. We’ll inform you about the pre-applications of candidates 1-2 weeks prior to the Council.
