ENTOG is a non-profit organisation that unites and represents Obstetrics & Gynaecology trainees in Europe. It was founded in 1997 and currently has 36 member countries.

 

Our main objectives is to achieve the highest possible standards of training and consequently improve the quality of medical care given to women and their babies. We also promote international exchange and interaction between the trainees and represent European trainees. We work in close collaboration with EBCOG (European Board & College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology) and are represented in their most important standing committees. 

 

ENTOG members are trainees and  young specialists (up to 3-years post-specialisation)

from any of the 36 ENTOG member countries.

CORE OBJECTIVES

INTERNATIONAL NETWORKING

Exchange of ideas, knowledge and experiences among trainees, promoting interaction between member countries, improving possibilities for research collaborations.

QUALITY OF TRAINING

Harmonisation and improvement of the quality of training in O&G in Europe to improve the quality of women’s health.

TRAINEES REPRESENTATION

Close collaboration with EBCOG (European Board and College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology) where ENTOG, represents the trainees in all its committees. Active involvement in the EBCOG hospital visitation program.

ENTOG collaborates with partner societies to provide trainees with joint webinars, courses, and educational events, as well as benefits such as free or discounted registration for meetings and training programmes.

ENTOG is the official trainee organisation of the European Board and College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (EBCOG) and operates under its auspices.
